Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to join our team. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online sales channels and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance the customer experience and maximize sales opportunities. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth - Manage and optimize the performance of our e-commerce platforms - Conduct regular analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and marketing automation - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between e-commerce platforms and other business systems Experience: - Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role - Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices - Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance and make data-driven decisions - Knowledge of SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings - Experience with conversion optimization strategies to increase online sales - Familiarity with marketing automation tools for email campaigns and customer segmentation - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for e-commerce and a track record of driving online sales growth, we would love to hear from you.
